OUR POLICIES

The Silver Box Beverly Hills Apartment is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a $15 processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 30 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.

The Silver Box Apartment has a strict No smoking policy to include no smoking of Cigarettes, Cigars, Hookah, any type of Marijuana, or anything with an ember or smoke. Smoking of any kind will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. If you feel this is not a policy you can adhere to please submit a "Cancellation for no fee" request within first 24 hours of making your reservation. Please note that all refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to post back depending on your bank.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please email to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be
charged an late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond
the checkout time.

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the aprtment.

Children Welcome. Pets upon request with a $50 fee (must be approved prior to stay with a refundable damage deposit)
